Choose just one day, or try a few. There is no specific order to the days, nor is it necessary to do them all – any of the six will give an up-close peek at the beauty and magic found in the 1000 Islands during the summer months.
The activities of all six days are based on accommodations at the Victoria Rose Inn, an historic and romantic landmark Inn located directly in Gananoque. The Inn features 12 exquisite air-conditioned rooms, all with deluxe amenities, ensuite bathrooms and unique décor - many offering whirlpool tubs and working fireplaces. Completely restored and renovated in 2006, the hotel boasts welcoming living spaces with original wood floors, a classically serene color palette and stunning views from grand windows found throughout the building.
While websites, telephone numbers and addresses for activities and excursions have been provided where possible, the Victoria Rose Inn staff are happy to assist guests with further information, restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, etc. The Inn also offers detailed maps, brochures and pamphlets for most of the activities listed.
