• Our Staff are available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to advise and recommend the finest restaurants and attractions in the area, to help you with Package details, and to assist you in any way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible
• The living rooms and the verandas, located on the ground floor of the Inn, are available to all guests. Games, television, and a wide array of books are available to choose from, including substantial information about the 1000 Islands region and its history. (Tea, coffee, and ice are complimentary on a 24 hour basis). The verandas have a commanding view of the gardens, and are perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a cool afternoon drink.
• The Inn is set on two acres of lush, park-like grounds, and a stroll around the gardens or an afternoon spent reading or snoozing in a quiet corner of the terrace is not to be missed. Guests are invited to enjoy the gardens, all outdoor seating areas and the shaded gazebo..
•Arrangements to accommodate special breakfast dietary requirements must be made by contacting the Inn at least 3 days in advance.

All rooms, common areas and grounds are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted
in the exterior designated area.
• Bookings for 3 or more rooms are considered "group" bookings and must be disclosed and pre-arranged. "Group" bookings may include special fees, terms and conditions. All persons found to be part of an undisclosed booking of 3 or more associated rooms may be automatically subjected to additional fees, terms and conditions, and may be required to end their stay without notice or refund. The above applies whether rooms are booked separately, or otherwise.

Inn being able to obtain a credit card pre-authorization.

Guest agrees that any fees including cancellation
fees, and damages caused will be charged to the credit card on file.

IMPORTANT: Many of the 1000 Islands boat tours stop at the world famous Boldt Castle, located in the U.S. Please be sure to bring proper identification if your plans include any of these tours. A valid passport is required. Citizens of countries other than Canada or USA require a passport and valid VISA. (VISA waiver program may apply.)
